My rule of thumb is ANY ad that says "that they don't want you to know about" is a scam.
When you hear " they don't want you to know" you know the hussle is coming

"No ones talking about it!" It is usually a massive red flag when someone is attempting to sell you anything.
remember kids, you should always block ads as much as possible in your life.
"Xyz hates this" is always a gigantic red flag. I see these ads all the time online, TV, and so on. Predatory is the perfect way to describe this.

If banks didn't want you to know something, they'd make it illegal.

A “50% settlement” sounding amazing until you run the numbers is exactly the kind of detail people skip. I’m still researching while dealing with Americor in the mix, so this perspective helped.
