Description

In today's conversation (Part 1 of 2), Geoffrey Drumm ( @thelandofchem ) returns to explore a radically different interpretation of the Great Pyramid as an industrial system rather than a tomb. The discussion walks through a step-by-step model involving water flow, gas reactions, and staged chemical processes inside the structure. Along the way, we connect architectural features of the pyramid to known principles of fluid dynamics, catalysis, and acoustic effects. The result is a provocative rethinking of ancient engineering and what these monuments may have actually been built to do. There is a huge amount of information to take in here but one thing that strikes me is that Geoffrey is providing a coherent explanation for dozens of features of the Giza site which are either presented as puzzling, incidental features or ignored altogether by the conventional story of the pyramids. The sheer number of these anomalies immediately calls to mind the pre-crisis state of science Kuhn describes in The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. This theory seems wild from our present viewpoint but it has great explanatory power. If it were true it would completely overturn ancient history.

The calcium residues can be either Carbon dated or Uranium/Thorium dated, especially since groundwater was repeatedly introduced. This would give you a range of dates you could check against the present groundwater carbons. Another avenue towards establishing when these things were built and used.

Wild to realise that most people are certain with no evidence. And refuse to question or look into anything they have decided is decided
