I think the drama around Dean and the other guy is the perfect example of why the left is failing. Stop pandering to these far left lunatics who don’t even show up to vote anyway. We need more Destiny and Ezra type voices.
Left-Wing people organize plenty, but it seems to largely be about virtue signaling instead of actually doing anything
When Destiny is referring to the Right engaging in “politics” he is basically saying they engage in actual “coalition building”, which the far left is not interested in at the moment.
I really appreciate Destiny because she shows us that political discussions are not to be dominated by men. That strong women can have a voice.

The Right has unironically built (over the last 3-5 years) a small but growing coalition between disaffected “normie” gays (trans issues), blackpilled ethnic minorities (the failures of DEI and immigration policies), former Bernie Bros (high cost of living and inaccessible/insecure everyday needs), and the politically homeless and non-liberal elite (disenfranchised/former Leftists). The Left has spent the last half a decade arguing over pronouns and buddying up to a lot of the neocorporatist interests they claim to disavow while simultaneously pissing off a mix new Gen Z voters and older Millennials/Gen X. It’s truly a sight to behold 😅

Purity testing on the left gets pretty exhausting after a while. Multiple lefty streamers have fostered communities that will treat any opinion slightly outside their own as a complete anomaly.
