They were in Antarctica in 2018 and made the decision to rescue a herd of emperor penguins from a freezing ravine by carving out a path from the death hole up to safety. They technically did not interfere with natural predation and avoided touching the penguins. There’s also the argument that such a path could have otherwise been created naturally by animals anyway, so it wasn’t strictly human intervention.

In Wade's defense for Qwilfish in gen 3 it learned Dive, which means it canonically it can pull him up from the bottom of the ocean
