I just want to say thank you Dr Berg. Our doctors really seem to not care at all beyond doing the most minor effort. I can't even talk to them for more than two minutes. It really prevents common ppl from learning and getting healthy.. thank you

I was extremely sick for over a year and potassium is what fixed it. I'm infuriated doctors would gaslight me into thinking it was nothing when I was suffering so immensely. Muscles that wouldn't heal, constantly waking at night often with muscle convulsions and intense disorientation, terrible fatigue and brain fog, stomach issues. It got so bad at times my heart would start beating really hard and fast until I'd pass out, I'd go to the ER and they'd tell me it was simply a panic attack. After enough research I took a chance with potassium and saw almost immediate results. Now I mix potassium chloride in my water everyday. I worry there's some deeper issue causing my body to not hold onto the potassium, but I know my doctor won't take me seriously and probably tell me "generally we only see people in their 70s have potassium problems". But hell, I'm just grateful to be functional again.

After ONE DAY of using an electrolyte powder to ensure my daily requirement of potassium my energy is GREATLY IMPROVED. No afternoon dip and no sleepiness until bedtime. It’s amazing how something as simple as basic nutrition is the key to massive improvements to wellbeing. Thanks for this video (and ALL your videos) Dr. Berg!

My mother died at age 52. She had a shoebox full of prescription drugs, including Lasix. She told me the day before she died that she had run out of her prescription potassium a couple days prior and had to get it refilled. She dropped dead the next morning. My dad called the ambulance and rushed her to the hospital, which was only 5 minutes away on an early Sat. morning. They immediately got her heart beating again and then intubated her hoping to save her. Later, the doctor told me that she had zero potassium in her blood, which was required for the heart to beat. A few days later my dad had her taken off life support after multiple scans showed she was brain dead. I was only in my 20's so didn't know anything. This was in1976. Later, I became an RN, but was not happy with the drugging model. So I've been researching ever since. I still miss my mom after almost 50 years.

I was on five different medicines and I ate four avocado 🥑 one afternoon, before bed. I rose from bed alert, refreshed, had energy all day and no joint pain. I tossed the drugs in the trash 🗑️ and now I take supplement 💊 and doing fine. I even lowered my high blood pressure back to normal.😮
