Imagine if doctors were required to study nutrition as much as pharmaceuticals. 😄
Crazy how most people think magnesium ‘doesn’t work’ when they’re just taking the worst form… switching from oxide to glycinate literally changed my sleep and stress levels in days.
I appreciate Dr. Berg, because he gets on with his message. He doesn’t screw around wasting his time and mine.
Been taking 1200 mg magnesium and 30,000 vitamin D and B12 for my sciatica after watching one of your sciatica videos. After 2 months of PT (and doing a couple of your exercises recommended also every day), I can now stand for over 2 hours when I couldn’t even stand for 5 minutes before. I can also sit without pain and could not do it before. Also, there is no more numbness down my leg. I received traction at PT also. I believe it’s a combination of all these things is why I’m getting better. Thank you Dr Berg you truly want to help people. First I lost all of my excess weight due to your advice 8 years ago. Now you helped me with the sciatica. I was in a dark place. Not anymore. ❤
