You can be insulin resistant for 15-20 years before you develop diabetes! Chronic sugar consumption can lead to insulin resistance, but seed oils can be equally problematic. Seed oils cause damage to the cell membranes (which contain insulin receptors) and damage to the mitochondria. There is evidence that unsaturated fatty acids can reduce the risk of diabetes, but this is not the case with rancid, oxidized seed oils. No seed oils, keep your carbs to 30g, drink water and lemon water, green tea, organic coffee. Keep your stress down, get some good sleep, keep away from the news and listen to music. Check in with Dr. Berg's videos if you need to. Eat raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, organic salad with olive oil or organic avocado oil, and don't forget vitamins and nutrition. Be careful when you're traveling, plan your menu for restaurants beforehand, and just in case, keep canned tuna, salmon, and sardines.

❤ 🎯 I've been with my doctor for 28 years now. He's in his 70s now and he not like the 5 minutes doctors So I told him About fasting and I told him about Dr.berg and his Vitamins. 2 years ago because he wanted to know what is making my Blood work results look so good. Things like for many years my vitamin D3 and B12 was a problem. That I had to get B12 shots every 2 weeks and take more than usual 50,000 of vitamin D ³ . Also my weight wasn't moving from 410 lbs My legs were So swollen since 2010 They tried everything physical therapy, medication, compression machine and others. But from doing fasting within 2 weeks everything started freaking me out. I was so excited to see results from going cold turkey no sugar and seeds oil, carbs, wholegrain etc. I am going to stop right here. Dr.berg Thank you. Now my doctor is doing keto fasting.

I am a diabetic. My A1C levels were 7.7 to 8 and in 6 months I am now at a 4.9! My doctor said I not only shocked and impressed him, but he wanted me to know how seriously proud of me he was. Cut out all sugars and go OMAD. I also have gone from 260 to 200!
