You can drink tea and coffee without cream or sugar and have water with lemon during your 5-day fast. Starting a 5-day fast today. Wish me luck😊 I’ve done a 5-day water fast four times so far . My weight dropped from 83 to 72, but now I’m just following intermittent fasting. I’ve learned that losing weight is easy; staying balanced long-term comes only from mental clarity. For me, fasting is a pause a reset, not a punishment.
