In india we use mustard seed oil which is produced without heat through a traditional grinding method called kacchi ghani even better than cold pressed.

The high sugar and acid in kombucha can destroy your teeth.
A couple more that I found out the hard way: spinach and almonds. Both are very high in oxalates and I think that’s where my 6-7 mm kidney stone came from. I ate spinach several times a week and a couple of handfuls of almonds daily.
