Dr Berg THANK YOU. Unfortunately I missed this LIVE today, however, so many of my questions were once again answand has given me the KICK butt into action and get back on track with Intermittent Fasting The Real Keto Way. I'm very certain this Insulin Resistance thing is blasting at high speed because 1/3 cup of blueberries with a tablespoon of cooked oatmeal and cinnamon instantly causes the pain throughout my poor Ole body. I am quadruply (lol) grateful to you and your team. I am going to check out the info regarding the Metamoblomic testing and how to access the test. Blessings to you and your team.

Just a side note to sources of inflammation sir, the increase of HD frequency irritation ( blue light, blue tooth, hidden frequency radiation etc.) should not be overlooked indeed.
