Hello Dr Berg last year in October I had a surgery I got infected and I had to have high doses of antibiotics until the beginning of the year I'm glad I listened to this video even though it's almost a week later I did take your liquid probiotic and I drink kefir with my antibiotics I didn't eat much except the kefir and it was full fat this must be why I'm having a lot of bloody with my salads and vegetables I do take your digestive formula and gallbladder water with lemon and apple cider vinegar appreciate all you do thank you
