Q&A: Cholesterol, Fasting Protocols, and Cellular Health Insights

Learn essential dietary adjustments to manage high LDL, determine the best fasting strategy for your goals, and uncover the foundational definition of 'food' that impacts chronic disease.

Short Summary

  • Manage elevated LDL by verifying particle size via advanced lipid panels rather than relying on generalized numbers.
  • Optimize fasting by choosing consistent intermittent scheduling over alternate-day methods unless high metabolic flexibility is achieved.
  • Address skin, cognitive fog, and diabetes management through targeted nutritional support like Zinc, Vitamin D, and TUDCA.
  • The key to collapsing chronic disease lies in correctly defining "food" and rejecting industrial starches and refined oils.

This session addresses specific viewer concerns ranging from interpreting lipid profiles in ketosis to optimizing cellular function in conditions like Type 1 Diabetes. Focus areas include specific supplement recommendations (Niacinamide, TUDCA) and critical lifestyle factors like sleep quality impacting organ health.

I've heard that the kidneys go to sleep between 10 PM and 2 AM, so if you don't get enough sleep during this time, your kidneys will get tired.
