I can’t afford the cost of healthier foods either. But, I have found that this lifestyle is affordable. Your eating less. Not buying junk food, and fasting. The cost comes out to about the same. You have to really want to be healthy.

If you don't like the taste of liver, put it through a meat grinder and mix it into hamburger with onion bits and garlic powder (can add rosemary if you like), make into patties. Throw onto the grill (and freeze the extras). Best burgers ever!

I do omad. And fast 72 hrs every other month. I eat mostly steak, fish, and eggs. Limit carbs. Alcohol, and no sugars. No seed oils. Just butter and lard. I am 50 but i look 30. I also weigh the same as I did back in high school. I see my doctor once a year and hes just blown away by my blood test. All normal and healthy. I sleep well, no snoring, and am lazer focus everyday. What this man preach is true. I am living proof of it. Dont believe anyone. You will look younger than your peers and feel even better! And I dont even work out, exercise is severly overated. Its 90% diet and fasting.

The thing is, you might spend more money for healthy, nutrient-dense food, but you don't need as much of it. And if you prepare and cook with whole foods, you'll feel better and not crave expensive junk foods. They add up in cost.
