I'm surprised Dr. Berg didn't mention rebounding with a mini-trampoline, since he covered this in a video about five years ago. I leave mine in the living room so it's hard to forget to bounce for ten minutes a day, which is equivalent to 30 minutes of jogging. The best part is that it doesn't even feel like exercise - it's like play time!
