The Ultimate Anti-Clot Meal for Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention

Discover the precise meal combination that naturally cleans your arteries by focusing on preventing dangerous clots, which cause up to 90% of heart attacks and strokes. Learn how to manage key triggers like excess iron and endotoxins through targeted nutrition.

Short Summary

  • Address the primary cause of cardiac events: dysfunctional blood clotting, which accounts for 80-90% of heart attacks.
  • Identify functional culprits: endotoxins introduced via gut/gum leaks, amplified by excess free iron.
  • Implement a complete meal featuring low-iron protein, nitric oxide-rich vegetables, and polyphenol sources designed to bind iron and thin the blood.

This guide details the mechanism behind abnormal clot formation and prescribes an actionable meal plan based on foods that specifically target the removal of clot-promoting factors while improving arterial function. Applying these steps can actively lower your risk of cardiovascular emergencies.

This is why the top foods for stroke and heart attack prevention also help clean your arteries. Typically, when a clot forms, it dissolves within minutes or hours. This is a normal survival mechanism and does not cause heart attacks or strokes. When the normal clotting process becomes dysfunctional, you can develop blocked arteries. Dysfunctional clotting typically starts from a leak in your gums or gut when endotoxins enter the body. Excess iron can contribute to the problem. Pathogens need iron to survive. Excessive free iron can feed and amplify endotoxins, thereby awakening dormant pathogenic microbes. Excess iron typically comes from fortified foods, such as bread, pasta, cereal, and ultra-processed carbs. If you need iron, it's best to get it from red meat rather than a supplement. Stress increases adrenaline, which can amplify the effects of pathogens and cause them to consume more iron. The following factors can cause issues in the gut, which can in turn affect the clotting process and contribute to blocked arteries: •Gluten •Alcohol •Smoking •Seed oils •Ultra-processed foods •NSAIDs •Antibiotics To prevent a heart attack naturally, try the following meal. It’s composed of the best foods for clogged arteries! •Wild-caught salmon or fatty fish •Salad: Arugula, beets, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar •Garlic •Sauerkraut •Green or black tea •Dark chocolate After the meal, go for a 10-20 minute post-meal walk, focusing on nasal breathing. I remember having a swallow legs for many years the difference doctors and hospitals only gave me water pills and send me to physical therapy. But after finding Dr Eric Berg videos about this problem my legs got better within weeks. But after telling my doctor about Dr Berg videos one of them got very mad and told me that I didn't need to come back to him and I was so happy that I got into my car and turned on some AC/DC music. 💯 👑 Dr Eric Berg a big blessings

My father had pain in his chest and shortness of breath because of clogged arteries. I looked up a recipe of 30 garlic cloves, juice of 7 lemons and 1,5 liters of water (blend all together in mixer). He drank one shot of it (40ml a day in the evening) for 30 days. It unclogged his arteries and his shortness of breath and chest pain (angina pectoris) went away!

Clint Eastwood the actor gave a good tip; Think of food not as for pleasure, but as proper fuel for the body. He's 95 and still appears to be in good health.

Dining out is really bad for you! I cook all my meals and feel MUCH BETTER! When you dine in a restaurant, you pay more for your food that harms you, and when you make your own meals from scratch at home, you pay less for food that nourishes your body and makes you healthier and happier. It’s really a no brainer!!!

I’m 73 years old now and survived a mild stroke years ago. I’m grateful to still live strong and healthy today. Back then, I changed my habits completely. I cut out iron-fortified foods, started eating salmon, garlic, and beet salads, and 1 tips I made walking after every meal part of my life. My blood pressure stabilized and my energy returned. Please, pay attention to what you eat and how you move every day. Small choices truly decide how long and how well we live. Sending strength to everyone!
