please, we need more sleep videos. I’m suffering from sleep issues. I can’t stay asleep more than three hours. I think my body is stuck in some type of anxiety mode in the background. Please keep making more of these videos. We love it. Thank you Dr. Berg.

You forgot PRAYER! It’s a wonderful time to bring people and their struggles to God. We all could have a list of precious folks who need support, right? It takes your mind off of the reason you’re not asleep already :-) it’s also a sweet thing to fall asleep while praying.

Got fed up with worrying about this and that. Eat one meal at Noon. Moved a handsome shed onto back yard and installed a big bookcase bed, compost toilet, battery alarm clock, and small heat pump for heating and cooling. Sit on porch and watch nature and the sunset while reading an actual book before going to bed and sleep like a log. Then in morning I return to modern house with EMF’s, cell phone, and gadgets.
I find that thinking about all the things I'm grateful for make me sleep like a baby. You have to stay focused and only think of the things that inspire gratitude.
