Can confirm this information is accurate. Drinking milk Kefir everyday that's been well fermented was the only thing that got rid of my severe anxiety/panic attacks. Sometimes I go a few months without remembering I used to get anxiety. It's a blessing.

For Anxiety, a good place to start is to eliminate wheat/Gluten and Caffeine. You should notice a calmer nervous system which feels almost like a naturally calm nervous system providing much needed relief. Most anxious individuals should notice a positive noticeable improvement within the first week of eliminating these stimulants. Gluten is especially bad and its been noted that in long term high doses Gluten is linked to Psychosis or depressive/ Mood disorders only to have rapid improvement and an almost return to normal cognitive function when wheat / Gluten are removed from the diet. Presentations on the effects on Mood and Psychosis with regards to Gluten intolerance can be found on YouTube.
