...keto and IF (zero sugar, zero alcohol) for the win! From 225# to 121# yesterday. It took 2 years, but it has saved my life. Hi guys, listen to Dr Berg. I lost weight and reversed some ilnesses
54 year old... I was 316 pounds naked in October 2024... I stopped listening to mainstream healthcare and the "professional" opinions of doctors, nutritionalists and government guidelines... I've lost 70 Lbs in 14 months by cutting out breads, modified starches, hidden processed sugars and especially seed oils. All recommendations from Dr. Berg. It wasn't a tough road because I was already seeing through the evil of government mandates and agendas, never drank pop or ate McDonalds, but until I changed my diet I never realized the harm of seed oils and refined starches. All I do is 6 eggs and one steak cooked in butter for breakfast, then I fast for the rest of the day. I've been doing this for over 10 years. I have no problems with weight and at 78, I feel great and I never get sick.
