Foods to avoid: liquid sugar, fake cheese, protein bars, seed oil mayo, sweetened flavored yogurts, soy protein, modified starches. Thanks sir!
After following Dr Berg for one and half year, I quit eating all these poisons. My waist reduced from 36 to 30, and no more shortness of breath and high blood pressure. Thanks!
It's saddening, scary that some of these foods are sold in the so called Health Food Stores!

I must make a Proclamation: I became a Ketovore 6/9/24 I also am an OMAD 1 am on occasion a 2MAD I no longer need deodorant. I no longer have plantar fasciitis. I no longer have chronic back pain. I no longer have knee pain. I no longer have a problem holding until I make it to the bathroom. Most importantly, I no longer live to eat. I EAT TO LIVE! Thanks to all of my Ketovore Family.

Dr.Berg you are awesome!!! You have helped me so much over the years. I was up to 400Lbs. !!! I was going to be placed on transplant list. I took My health into my own hands with lots of your imfo . I now after 1 1/2 years dropped that weight. I maintain 135 lbs. An lots of studies continuely... Doctors just freak out. Can't believe it's even me. My ID's and SS are checked constantly. They have me speak regularly to nursing staffs. I have normal counts off transplant lists... Thank you so much...
It is criminal what the corporations have done to our food.
Am an American living in Europe. Each time I return to the US, I gain 10-15 lbs within 3 mos. Despite eating keto. Yes, despite eating keto. Reading labels, my head spins from the tomes called ingredient listings. Even whipping cream now almost always contains carbs to sweeten and to thicken. Rule of thumb I heard on an interview on NPR: IF THE INGREDIENT LISTING CONTAINS > 5 INGREDIENTS, DO NOT BUY IT.
I want to thank you Dr. Berg for the tremendous information on why certain foods are bad and offering a healthy version. ❤❤❤
