Dr. Berg has been an incredible source of knowledge over the years. His insights into health and wellness have genuinely changed my life. Keeping things simple with steak and eggs made a big difference, but the information I’ve gained from his advice, along with supplements I found in a book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman, has taken my health to a new level. Magnesium, especially, has helped me manage stress and improve my overall energy.

In all the years I’ve been following you Doctor I have never heard you tell people not to listen to their doctor. On the contrary you simply give the patient a better and clear understanding of their body and how it functions. This helps them take control of their own health. THIS IS WHAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY DOESNT WANT!

I love Dr. Berg. I never feel like he’s deceiving me. My regular Dr. never addressed why I refused the suggestion of certain drugs (Statins), but on his behalf …he acknowledged my health practices, and commented that I was doing something very right. I love learning about my body, my shell.
