As a type 2 diabetic, nothing got me to lose fat more than OMAD and keto. Nothing. That shows how insulin resistance affects fat releasing ability, at least for me.

Thanks Dr. Fung! I have given up sugar, only eating non-processed food, and do timed interval eating - usually 16:8. I have also done a few 36 hour fasts. In under 3 months I have lost 35 pounds, and feel great.
I'm a chef, and i swear I don't eat much. But what i do and have to do is taste 12 hours a day. And i have been doing that for more than 13 years. I have always only had max of 2 meals a day and even go to the gym. Although i have muscles my belly fat just wouldn't go away. Until i dissected every piece of details of what i put in my mouth and i realised that i was having to taste so much which meant theres so much excess intake of salt, sugar and fats. Once i eliminated that, i asked my colleagues to taste instead, i started fasting, and my belly fat disappeared within a month. I have a slim belly now after 2 months. Fasting works wonders. Thank you to all the wonderful Doctors that teach this. Incredible intelligent human being. Instead of prescriptions, they dug deep into root causes. Thank you !
This just works full stop. I'm 4 stones down in 7 months & totally reversed my Psoriasis which is why i started this journey. Eating the right foods & fasting is the best thing I've ever done. More energy, not hungry during fasting & i feel a million dollars. You can 100% eat yourself healthy & i have to thank my dermatologists for the great advice 👍

If this information ever gained mass appeal in the mainstream (as it so desperately should), the pharma industry would basically collapse. They have a crucial financial interest in discrediting this science. Always remember this when some doctor is telling you that fasting is "dangerous" or "a fad" or "an eating disorder". Then maybe ask them how they think insulin works.
