Just the first few words out if his mouth makes me want to hug Dr. Fung! 100% integrity disclosing his small investment in the company. I wish our politicians were half as ethical!

Have my wife on a modified version of this diet for her chemotherapy. She was placed on palliative care with a huge tumor that shrunk by 80% in four months by limiting protein to 2-3 ounces at a time a few times a day in her window
Thank you Dr Fung for making it clear that it’s not only safe to not eat 6 small meals per day, but it was terrible propaganda, I believe, just to push junk food! I’ve lost 165 lbs so far over about 3 years, reversed type 2, off proton pump inhibitor, no joint pain, etc and feel better at 61 than I did at 16. I’m doing keto and fasting. You were the catalyst and all of your books, videos and group! Thank you for saving my life! ❤ Only about 25 lbs from goal weight! 🎉
I am so used to IF now that it is just my way of life. I am at an ideal weight and all my "numbers" are perfect. I am 73.
Fasting and eating red meat, chicken, eggs, cheese and veggies. I've improved all my numbers not taking any meds anymore. I eat one good nutritional meal a day. Reversed diabetes at 4.9, triglycerides down to 104, and my HDL 52. My LDL went up from 186 to 204 in 5 months.The reason for LDL increase is, Its caused from the ketones. My LDL however is fine!
One of the biggest messages I learned from TFM was that the best kind of fasting is the kind that works best for your life and schedule consistently. There is no one-size fits all. Dr. Fung truly cares about making fasting work for anyone, no matter their circumstances.
