I wake up about 5:30 - 6:00. I love the darkness, the quiet, the nothing else but just being. I'll go to the bathroom, no lights, take my aminos with some juice. Make a cup of coffee, bring my best buddy out of his crate. Crawl back into bed while my buddy circles to make a nest. And just chill and thank the Lord I can do this.❤
There's a lot to be said for old fashioned alarm clocks and books made of paper.

As an Iranian in the middle of the war I want to thank you Mells. I was sticking to my phone mindlessly and this video made me to think about how I am going through a day without living it. I also have a request from you as a friend and fan. Can you please invite one psychologist and specifically talk about war and how we should deal with mentally? I had to laugh. Last night I was going to bed at 1am (extremely tired) and thought 'Oh, I'll just check on how to adjust doors' on YT. 3 hours later I'm so disappointed in myself for wasting 3 hours of non sleep. The first video showed me what I needed to know. But, heck 'why not watch 15 other ones' that said basically the same thing. Unfortunately, this type of thing happens often. I go down rabbit holes and waste time. So Micro Choices it is for me, starting now. Thanks!
