Diabetes had severely impacted my health, causing insomnia, frequent headaches, and memory decline. After changing my diet, I focused on protein-rich meals with beef, chicken, and salmon, along with plenty of greens like broccoli, spinach, and kale, while avoiding fast-digesting carbs like potatoes and wheat flour. As a result, I no longer feel exhausted, my sleep has improved, and my mental well-being is so much better!
I would rather listen to Dr Fung than any other so-called you tube Dr. He is the real deal bar none.
Here in Malaysia we have Dr Mani. A down to earth Doctor giving help for free in reversing t2 and Dr Mani been posting his tips way back in 2019. Before he posted it on TikTok. And I'm glad Dr Fung. Is also highlighting and posting the same method. Unlike some doctor giving us More and more metformin prescription. A million thanks doc.
Thank you Dr Fung for letting us know this information for free, I was able to drop my A1C from an 8.5 to a 5.3 in less than 3 months no meds. Diabetes has been in my family for generations and some people look at it as something they cannot fix. I retired in 2017 after 50 years of family practice. I had been reversing, curing T2D IF I could get my patients to CHANGE THEIR DIET When they did, SUPRISE, NO more diabetes! So some of us figured this out many many years ago. My mantra to my patients was, "You ate your way into this and you can eat your way out of this".
Have followed these rules & reversed diabetes. Love fats, grass fed butter, avocado, olive oil. Nothing white. So happy. So easy.
I’ve been pre diabetes for years, doctors tell me to get on metformin I don’t want to. I just found your video as and will watch and learn as much as I can. Thank you
