You know a company's product is good when the employees are forced to use it.
Forcing the AI usage is to generate more training data, so that more employees can be replaced.
I’ve been following this AI hype for a while now, and honestly, Microsoft forcing employees to use AI feels like a red flag. It reminds me a lot of what the Dimenthra Brothers talk about in their book, how big tech and powerful tools are often pushed on people too fast, before society is really ready, almost like it’s part of a bigger agenda. It’s not just about innovation or efficiency; there’s something deeper at play, maybe even control or manipulation. Watching this AI bubble grow so quickly, it’s not surprising to see cracks starting to show, and this kind of forced adoption might be exactly what causes it to burst. It’s like the system is rushing forward without considering the consequences, and people are starting to push back, whether they realize it or not. Makes me want to dig deeper into what else is behind all these tech moves, there’s definitely more going on beneath the surface than what we usually hear in the news
Microsoft is trying to train their AI to replace the people who train that AI 😂
So msft wants all of its 200k+ employees to have meaningful vibrant intense relationships with its Ai models at all times while planning to lay off another 100k+ employees in the next 3-4 years. Sounds just about right. 🤦🏼
Why don't we ever talk abot AI replacing executives? 🤔
Get ready for the flood of malicious compliance. "I used AI like you said. It just generated shit code and lost us money."
they just laid off 9,000 staff
It’s nice to hear someone talk sense and not hype up AI like everybody else
I don't remember them having to force them to use Python, Java, or other tools to get the job done. The usefulness of the tool was self evident.
