This guy needs to do an audiobook
I saw a gardener that had moringa trees in ground that he would cut bare down to about 20”-24” for winter. He would then split a pool noodles to insulate and protect the trunks while also mounding mulch deep around the base.
Also known as malunggay in the Philippines. I hate prepping it for cooking. The little leaves just annoy me even if I do like eating them. It’s good in soups. My mom adds it to omelets instead of spinach. I’ve also never put much effort into growing them since they’re a plant it and forget them kind of plant.
Definitely need more Gray video. From comments you can see how likeable he is. But his videos are so full of important and helpful info. Aside from Kevin and Jacque, he's my favorite gardener.
Chicken papaya with moringa leafs is one of the best homemade Filipino dishes. Always reminds me of my mom and the Philippines
Is this Snoop Dogg’s country cousin? Dude has that same smooth voice. Lol
For 15yrs I have been telling people Moringa is Gods top plant for health. The seeds are the best part. They contain the oil. What's left after crushing the seeds is the mash. It with help purify water. This tree can add extra years to almost all.
Taking a break to watch this because im currently battling a severe cabbage looper problem on my purple cauliflower. I refuse to be defeated.
I have 15 Moringa trees and they took a hard freeze this past winter here in Florida, some of them came right up when spring hit but the rest were very slow, nevertheless they all came back just recently, I thought they were goners but they came back with a vengeance, incredible resilience
I'm 17 seconds late, I must absorb the info through my roots immediately
