Life Extension has a Mega Vitamin k2 that is mk4 and in high dose mg instead of tiny dose micrograms.
So many people hit the comments before even listening the video: it's specifically MK4, not K2 Mk7.

I recommend a different approach: Our body can transform K1 into K2 MK4 via UBIAD1. In order to increase the MK4 concentration in the body in all tissue, I do K1 flooding via kale, broccoli, parsly, Brussel sprouts, spinach and so on. In order to get enough K1 into all tissue you need to satisfy the liver. So I try to eat in each meal K1 rich foods and probably reach 2 to 3 mg K1 overall, sometimes a bit more even. Dietary MK4 in itself most likely won’t make it to all tissue and will be absorbed instantly. The UBIAD1 needs some time to be on track, but it’s the most natural approach and apparently the strongest one to raise MK4 concentration in all tissue. Key elements: high quantity of K1, greens should be steamed and consumed with fat. No need to supplement MK4, eating grass fed animal products (butter, meat and such) is enough to get it 😊
It's probably more so that people with cancer may be deficient in minerals which would signal the cells in their body to trigger apoptosis and those cells turn into cancerous cells instead.
