In the 90's, there was an Iron Man story where they revealed the Mandarin's rings were made by Fin Fang Foom's people. So there's that.
9:40 Toph's earthbending is unique in that she DOESN'T use Hung Gar. She actually uses Northern Praying Mantis (Tang Lang). Every other earthbender uses Hung Gar.
