Poor Matpat became the one thing he swore he'd theorize about
the reason they all say its an accident is because none of the adults wanted to take responsibility for ignoring her literally crying and begging for help
i work at popeyes and when they randomly started the promo for the movie i thought i was hallucinating 😭 like wdym i have to serve ‘freddy tenders’
I don’t understand why everyone was so upset by Mike dumping Vanessa. If both I and my little sister were almost killed twice because she didn’t warn me about anything until it was too late (and even then still keeping a lot of stuff a secret) then I’d probably be pretty upset as well
The movies have officially followed the classic Fnaf tradition of having multiple characters with the same first name
I feel Charlotte is focused on the parents because they all ignored her. We don't even see her dad anywhere. But she still did what she thought was right, saving the kid. However, if only one adult/parent had gone with her, she could've saved the kid without the ''accident'' happening. But no one helped, so she passed feeling resentful and betrayed, leading to her rage.
puppet angry with parents instead of afton makes a lot of sense to me, it is quite common for children to blame what they feel it failed to them more than the real problem, like those kids who blame their parents for not picking them up from school on time when the real problem is that the car doesn't work or something like that, even many adults act like that

I think the reason why Michael Afton didn’t wake the Marionette up himself is because he fully expected her to lash out after being freed because she’s been trapped in there for twenty years. So, he tricked the paranormal investigators into doing it for him, basically offering them as sacrifices to the Marionette.
13:50 My theory on the Charlie idea is that her dad, Henry, was so focused on his work at the time that he was a very absent father. She clung to the one animatronic in the building that always kept an eye on the kids, including her, which made the puppet more of a parent figure to her than her own father. This is why she strongly dislikes any parent, which also explains why the parents' responses were so harsh. When she was killed, she fell into the arms of the one person who always cared for her well-being, the one she loved the most.
