The fact that Nick doesn’t know Wemby’s offensive impact shows he’s not actually watching games. When Wemby is on the court, the spurs are generating the most open corner 3 point shots EVER. His shooting, rim pressure, and vertical spacing makes him a threat that all other “24-11-3” guys aren’t. It’s his gravity.

Nick trying to downplay the defensive end is just him trying to save face for Luka

Every time Wemby rolls to the basket, they send 2. So they get an open shooter all the time

Nick Wright exposed himself with that Wemby offensive take.

The fact that Wemby has led the Spurs to the point the national media is regularly talking about guys like Julian Champagnie, Keldon Johnson, and Devin Vassell for the first time in their entire careers is proof alone of Victor's value to this team on this insane 60-win run.

"What of your offensive impact is not showing up in the stats?" The Spurs are generating the most corner threes of all time. Wemby's roll gravity may be unmatched in league history. That doesn't show up anywhere in his stats. Nick is way too smart to be this much of a casual when it comes to discussing impact.

Nick totally out of touch not understanding the offensive impact of Wemby's presence. Nicks says he's not like Curry, but he's exactly that. Except rolling to the basket instead of flying around screens on the 3 pt line. Hopefully he watches Jason Timpf's analysis about Wemby's impact and adresses it in the show tomorrow.

1. MVP is a regular season award, NOT PLAYOFFS! 2. scoring due away with scoring title if your only going to vote according to scoring

They generate 12.8 open corner threes again which leads the league by a mile because when he roles to the basket, he draws just as much gravity as Steph when he’s running of a off ball screen to the three. That’s a insane stat in itself
