What they're saying about quick turnarounds applies to Harbaugh as well. He was hired in 2008 with the Ravens coming off a 5-11 season. He then turns them around, goes 11-5 with rookie QB Joe Flacco, wins his first two playoff games, both on the road, including an upset over the top-seeded and best record in the league, the Titans, and then comes up short against the Steelers in the AFC Championship Game. It's a great hire by the Giants, imo.
