The best treasure is learning what were the priorities of people who lived centuries before our Era. Fortress Louisbourg has proven real treasure is found in learning, learning how little we know from paper books alone. This is a masterpiece in step by step detective work. Just one example. I was told in my third grade history class that the white man ripped off the first nations people exchanging glass beads for fur. Now thanks to Oak Island we know that in France the invention/creation of these beads was high tech, the micro chip of the era. 🙂

The survey stakes are from Francis Bacon's designs for his deposit on the island. The 1st deposit was the Templars, the 2nd was Henry Sinclair. These 3 deposits are not just coins, but RELICS. Subsequent deposits by privateers/pirates/naval captains were actual treasure (coins), most of which have been retrieved. The swamp was man-made per Bacon's plans when the Shakespearean manuscripts (preserved in quicksilver/mercury) were deposited near the "Eye of the Swamp". The western side of the island (lot 5) was probably Sinclair. Bacon connected, via tunnels, all three deposits.

I find it fascina. And, This is part of a living our life too its fullest. Everyone have a blessed journey on earth.
