I Just completed my 48 hur fasting 🎉🎉 I never thought that I am able to do this and I lost 1 kg😊
I saw a post where a woman fasted for 96 hrs and then she ate OMAD for 9 days and repeated the same process I have done the same now I’m eating One Meal A Day and I’m down 9 lbs already I am excited to see my results will post again soon. I’m on day 6
