Retired RN, I’ve heard this doctor talk before on you tube. He is so awesome in the way he explains concepts that are really important in a way that is understandable. I’ve NEVER seen a cardiovascular surgeon care so much to teach instead of just do surgery…BRAVO!!! I share him with all my family. I’ve started intermittent fasting and am so grateful to be learning about the mind blowing benefits!👍

I saw a post where a woman fasted for 96 hrs and then she ate OMAD for 9 days and repeated the same process I have done the same now I’m eating One Meal A Day and I’m down 9 lbs already I am excited to see my results will post again soon. I’m on day 6
