This is crazy timing for this episode. just yesterday, my son and I were playing in our basement. His mom was away for the afternoon. He stopped and looked at me and said “Dad is mom home”. I looked at our camera and could see she was driving down the street. So I asked him what made you stop and ask if Mom was home and his response was I felt warm in my heart like her love was here. So I asked him what he meant and he said when Mom gives me hugs I feel her love and I could feel her love so I thought she might be home.
I love throwback JRE episodes with scientists and fringe topic experts
Joe is always best when has on highly intelligent, not overly exposed (internet wise) people who REALLY know interesting topics. Looking forward to this.
“trying to understand how time works in the human brain” yeah this is gonna be a good listen
When someone asks why I like Joe or JRE; it’s this kind of episode; he’s engaged and wide open like the old days here. Been listening to JRE since 2012; and these kinds of pods aren’t as common as they used to be; but they’re the reason I’m here. Say what you want; but I don’t know that there’s anything out there that’s always been free that I’ve gotten more value out of.
What a warm and kind woman who also happens to be brilliant.
So refreshing to hear someone who is traditionally educated not want recognition for just completing an educational program but rather for the quality of their thoughts and research. What a concept to be revered for contributions rather than certifications.
I like this woman. She seems to have a gentle soul.
I can’t wait for more episodes with this Lady. She’s lovely to listen to. Very interesting subject matter.
This is EXACTLY what hooked me on this podcast 6 years ago… what an episode 🙌
