Yooo I needed a new recipe I was baking allot before I was diagnosed with cancer(I beat the hell of that and slowing getting back into baking again) thank you my man I will be making these this weekend or even possibly Friday

Fun fact in Argentina a lady’s 🐱 is called a concha. So when I came to the US and was offered concha bread I was baffled

I absolutely love conchas, I learned to make them when I was 16 because my local neighborhood church decided to give out free bakery lessons (I live in Mexico) where we learned to make many types of breads, pastries, and traditional Mexican pan dulce and I loved the experience-- the conchas ended up being my family's favorite after I made all the different types of bread and pastries for them
