This is your best segment in a long time. 100% agree
I was wondering how you'd cut this from the main show but its the whole segment, nothing missing I'm impressed
Screw it, the playoffs expand to 138 teams and starts August 27. No season just playoffs.
RGIII was being dumb and it felt like he had some company writing that for him
37 minutes? This is about to be GOLD

Couldn’t agree more. There are several years historically where the “best” team did not win it all because they didn’t take care of their business week in and week out. If you aren’t considered or ranked a top 6 team by the end of the regular season and conference championship week you didn’t objectively earn the right to compete for a championship. Ohio St and Miami going 10-2 and not earning a trip to their conference championship, yet winning the national championship, and coming 40 yards from winning it in Miami’s case is proof that it’s now about who’s the healthiest and most dialled in come playoff time, expanding it to 24 incentivises resting players for the playoffs once you win 9/10 games. Which completes the transition of college football to the NFL light.
No need for bowls anymore. As a fan this is a huge middle finger by the networks.
Excellent content, Josh Pate. Thank you for articulating what so many college football fans feel but do not always have the platform to say. The sport belongs to the fans as much as anyone, and protecting what makes college football unique still matters.
Not always on the same page with Pate, but this is spot on. Needs to be shared to all the college football universe.
