In my opinion and underrated game that everyone is looking past is Texas Tech versus Houston. Last year Houston was undefeated on the road and with everything going on with Texas Tech people still projecting them in the top 15 and Houston in the top 25 that could potentially put Houston in playoff contention

Winner of the K-State/Houston game plays for the Big 12 championship
Notre Dame/SMU could be sneaky good with implications. Everyone is talking about our BYU and Miami games but SMU worries me. It’s the typical trap game we’ve had in the past.
I think the other underrated game is VT vs. Miami. Go back to the 2024 season when Miami was bailed out by the refs. Last year VT was 3-7 going into that game and played them very tough despite the final score. Miami scored with less than 40 seconds on the clock to run the score up, but VT held them to 83 yrds rushing, Miami only had 23 more total yards, and only sacked VT 2x and neither sack was by Bain or Messidor. I expect VT will be much improved this year on both sides of the ball, and this game could have ACC Title game and CFP implications.

Pennsylvania to Washington State is a LONGGGGG road trip. That’s definitely a trap game
How does any team get away with playing a team like SAMFORD in November?
There's actually a universe where UF goes 2-10. I'm so here for it.
Great job as usual.
