I've read an argument somewhere that Dennis isn't secretly a serial killer despite all the signs because his ego wouldn't let him remain quiet about it. He'd out himself and get locked away after the first kill.

I have a fan theory that Dennis could have been much more successful but instead opts for an environment that he is in full control of

The whole main 5 in sunny are all terrible people, but Dennis stands out because almost every single decision he makes has thought put into it whereas most of the others are just stupid

Everyone is so focused on Dennis the potential serial killer, they completely miss Dee. Especially in recent seasons, she’s the only member of the gang to actually and gleefully actually physically assault people. Additionally, her internal rage absolutely dwarfs that of Dennis. When he loses his cool and starts screaming about his rage knowing no bounds; when Dee’s much shorter fuse goes, she actually attacks people

I know in my bones Dennis has killed someone by accident, but he convinced himself he meant to do it and got away with it.
