Newly released bodycam footage shows Florida deputies discovering the dismembered, decomposing body of Jeffrey Albertsman inside his home during a 2017 welfare check. Police quickly focused on his longtime girlfriend, Nelci Tetley, citing her violent past with Jeffrey, suspicious behavior, false alibis, and evidence placing her near where his body parts were later found. Investigators now believe she may also be linked to a second, eerily similar dismemberment murder from 2007, but nearly a decade later the case remains unresolved.
