Autism Therapist Admits to Disgusting Sex Abuse Crimes

Alec Hegge, an Indiana therapist for individuals with autism, was sentenced to 91 years in prison after a federal investigation linked him to an Ohio nanny involved in the production of child sexual abuse material. During a lengthy interrogation with local police and Homeland Security, Hegge transitioned from discussing his online interactions to admitting to the exploitation of his own children and the purchase of illicit content. The case concluded with Hegge pleading guilty to multiple counts of child molestation and exploitation, while his associate, Molly Elisabeth Duncan, also faces sentencing following her own guilty plea in federal court.
