Florida Mom Busted with Missing Baby and Tons of Drugs

A grandmother’s frantic call about her missing one-year-old grandson led Sarasota police to a disturbing scene involving the child’s mother, Chelsey Bowman, who appeared heavily under the influence. Officers quickly found the baby unharmed, but discovered meth, Xanax, and other drugs in Bowman’s belongings, along with signs she had recently used fentanyl.
