Todd Blanche lied to Congress and the Courts when he claimed the Settlement Fund was never established and wouldn't go forward because he actually acted as administrator of the Thug Fund when he ordered the IRS to give unlimited family members and business interests of DJT immunity from tax audits. The first paragraph of that order characterized the following paragraphs of the immunity clause: "The Settlement Agreement directed the Attorney General to issue an order establishing funding and any other relevant requirements for the Fund." That's why Blanche was the only signatory to the immunity clause because he characterized it as one of the "relevant requirements" of the Thug Fund despite the fact that audit amnesty has no relevance to the suit, the Fund or any legal principle whatsoever. Judge Williams found this behavior to be a fraud on the federal court and has referred Blanche and his lackey Woodward to their bar associations for investigation and disbarment. How about false statements before Congress and the Ethics Office of DOJ in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 18 U.S.C. § 1621.
