Actual medical proof Joel helps.. in hospital told unless got blood pressure down they weren't going to release me (BP already up coz last place I wanted to be was away from son/home?) Nurses now joinging Buttersocks because they were confused about just listening to Joel's voice (despite the true crime content) literally they were about to send me back to ICU & I asked for an hour to try to cope myself.. was listening to Joel literally took my BP down! Thank you Joel & Buttersocks - from bottom of my heart! Will I ever get opportunity to meet Joel in person - probably not given we literally live opposite sides of world- has he helped an anxiety ridden insomniac YES has he helped both with physiological & physical health YES will I always be greatful YES Give Peerdeep an extra cuddle from me, your #1 appreciative Aussie fan 💜
