The story about the kids vs the homeless had me Baffled. I pray this stories fake because there’s no way you would keep your mouth shut about something this dark as if it happened to someone else. your friend disappears & everyone just moves on. Pretending as if he didn’t exist.

I’ve been having a really hard time lately and I just want you to know that you have helped me with it more than anyone or anything else has. The silence kills me but I listen to your stories and it keeps the pain at bay. Thank you for everything you do.

The story about the kids and the homeless really disturbed me? The kids were more concerned with "not snitching" then finding their friend. It's sad. They could have maybe found Mike if they had told the police the whole story.

The club house story... so frustrating. So he cared so much about the lost kid that they didn't once think where he was? And that they said nothing to the police to preserve their sacred place? Gtfo

Those kids literally chose their clubhouse over their friend. That story needs to be fake because my faith in humanity is already on thin ice.

Those kids were dumb brats. They got what was coming to them. They thought peeing on and burning these peoples only possessions was childish pranks. And the person telling the story takes zero responsibility for antagonizing the situation. They say multiple times "idk how" then proceed to say how they directly messed with the people. Wow

So many of these touched me. The person who had their mom and aunt die, had horrible depression likely in the same year as I did, then gets chased by a grizzly bear AND gets lost in the wilderness (both are worst fears of mine) only to encourage others to get out there after he got saved--- I am fucking startstruck, that is amazing. I definitely won't ever go camping or hiking but that's so beautiful and poetic, because I feel some unusual form of bittersweet empowerment through it, having absolute psyche breaking presence of death all around him, everything is soot black, taken away yet he found a way to heal
