South Indian curry is a cuisine out of this world. I lived in Goa and traveled to other south Indian states and the coastal dishes you get really pushes the limits of how much you can eat. I'm originally from Mumbai and moved to Bangalore quite recently, it's after moving to Bangalore that I realised the world of traditional region-wise south Indian food. Mangalore is clearly a paradise for seafood lovers and I cannot wait to go visit these places.

I have been a huge fan of this channel! I am so impressed by how respectful, non-prejudiced, and non-judgemental Mark Wiens is when it comes to exploring food from diverse cultures! I received my medical training in a med school in Mangalore and I had the opportunity to enjoy Mangalore seafood!
