Get ready for XXXL freshwater shrimp cooked two ways, mudcrab eggs steamed with milk, and a huge sized black pomfret, and so much more! When we arrived, we met with the amazing Khun Koi, the owner of the restaurant who comes from a long family lineage of seafood distributors from Mahachai - one of the biggest fishing ports in Thailand. She now owns and operates Kin Kub Koi Restaurant (กินกับก้อย), which means Eat With Koi, and specializes in huge sized seafood especially river prawns. Her kitchen has over 70 staff and she manages the entire restaurant.
