Madagascar! It's always lovely to see Mark visit a country he's never been to and see him immediately fall in love with its food and culture.
Im a African and I have never in my life see these foods. Each Africa got their own culture and foods and that is why its so unique. Im from South Africa born and raised. I love seeing other African cultures because its not the same at all. Thank you for this video mark. So when are you coming to South Africa?
Truly Educational and inspirational to see other cultures, and I applaud you. These people are kind. You earn the hearts of all of us because you go places no one else does. Your job may seem easy to some, it's a lot of work! Bless the people there and you!
The south East Asian and African diaspora’s are so beautifully represented in this video. What a beautiful people, culture and food! I see some Indian and West Indian similarities as well.
This is the best part 26:05 the young boy selling his own spicy tea, entrepreneurship at its best. I hope you guys gave him a healthy tip!
About the black coffee, the reason you have this little bit of sweet aftertaste is because these coffee makers often mix the coffee with either rice or corn in the process. It's a trick for them to make cheaper coffee.
