Previously for large events at White House, they had to use outdoor tents & porta potties bec no large event/ballroom. That’s embarrassing. And if it rained people had to walk across wet grass.
And they're not upset about historic statues and monuments destroyed?
Imagine your country is the superpower in the world, then imagine hosting heads of state from lesser countries, inviting them to the White House for a dinner and then having them enter a tent with porta pottys for them, the wealthiest and most powerful country on earth and people are sitting outside in tents, probably nice tents but tents all the same. You then have a president who is a preminant builder who has built spectacular buildings all over the world seeing that this is unacceptable and decides to do something about it, he puts up his own money and money from donors so it won't cost taxpayers a dme and what happens, the Democrat communists who hate America by the way, throw a tantrum. Does anybody know that Trump in 2010 wanted to do this for the then America hating Barry Hussein O and Barry turned him down, this is something for the American people to be proud of. Did they complain when the Clinton's pilfered a lot of things from the White House, no because if a Democrat does it then it's ok, the only reason they're bitching is because Trump is doing it and that's all.
Literally there is no one better to renovate a commercial building than THE REAL ESTATE MOGUL - the irony is palpable
