THOSE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES FAIL THE UNITED STATES WITH THAT BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP DECISION. THIS COUNTRY IS SCREWED.
Roberts and Barrett have betrayed the American people and their country.
Why are people so afraid of being called a racist. That shouldn’t even bother us anymore because it’s stupid.
How many of those drop babies that were born here and tax payers were forced to pay for their births? Pay Americans back!
85% of American citizens wouldn’t have voted the way the majority of the court did.
I worked with DHHS and I can tell you for 25 years I've observed that the first thing women arriving from Brazil here is to get pregnant, several times, to get an "anchor, and avoid deportation ". I paid high penalties, attorney fees, waited, worked 3 jobs giving my time and money and then waited for my green card and it makes me so angry. Additionally, a lot of Americans sell "false" marriages, sometimes marrying and divorcing as many as 3 times and how come nobody is punished or their schemes dismantled?
The federal government in this country is a joke. This is just the latest example.
The 14th amendment doesn't allow birthright citizenship. The Jurisdiction thereof clause applies to the parents, obviously, not the child. This second requirement is that the parents must be citizens or legal residents.
