The dog was the smartest agent in the room.

Why didnt the secret service let the dog go when he saw the guy run out with a rifle? Why didn't he follow the trained dog into the room where the assassin went? Seems asinine

Sticking a foot in his path would have ended this right there.

The Dog handler definitely needs to be fired, the dog was TELLING HIM to open the door their is someone behind it, instead he pulled the dog away

Why utilize a wonderful K-9 like this if you're not going to trust his instinct??!!

Looks like the dog handler was looking at the shooter before the shooter comes running out into the hallway 🤔 what did he see or even say at all???

Hell; I was just a Federal Security Contractor (private company). Our mandatory position was standing in front of magnetometer and observing pass through and subject's movements / same also as 'rope gates'. There should have not been any "startle responses" because you are completely observing...NOT SITTING ON ASS BESIDE Magnetometer OR AT SIDE OF ROPE GATE WITH BACK TO ENTRANCE!!!

If dude was wearing a self-delete vest instead... The US Secret Service isn't security or protection agency; they are a clown show.
